Service Description
Transform your brand narrative with our innovative commercial photography sessions, offering three tailored tiers to meet the unique needs of every brand. Simply fill out our booking form with details about your requirements, and our photographer will promptly contact you to discuss the perfect session for your brand. Tier 1: EssentialMade Capture the essence of your team with a focused 2-hour session, ideal for team portraits and showcasing members with or wearing your products. Base Price: $1500. Tier 2: ExclusiveMade Elevate your brand with the ExclusiveMade package, featuring a half-day session (4 hours) encompassing team member portraits and dedicated product shoots. Base Price: $2800. Tier 3: EliteMade Experience the epitome of visual storytelling with the EliteMade package, offering a full-day session (8 hours) covering team member and product shoots, along with a professionally staged photoshoot for your website and marketing materials. Base Price: $5000. **Session Includes:** • Choice of on-site or our St. Paul studio • Proof of the top 125-450 photos* • Selection of the top 25-75 images for professional editing Clients will receive a non-downloadable proof gallery for image selections, with final edited images delivered within 2-3 weeks from the submission date. Clients retain access to the gallery for six months, allowing additional selections at a la carte pricing. *Number of photos provided for selection and editing is contingent on which package is selected.
Cancellation Policy
At DigieMade Photography, we recognize that unexpected situations may arise, necessitating the cancellation or rescheduling of your photography session. To maintain transparency and fairness for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. Notification Period: A minimum of 3 days' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide the necessary notice may result in the forfeiture of the booking deposit. 2. Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled session will incur a fee equal to the booking deposit. Clients may discuss applying the fee toward a new booking, within 3 day window only, by contacting the photographer directly (rescheduling is at the photographer's discretion). 3. Day-of Cancellations: Cancellations made on the day of the scheduled session or beyond will result in the forfeiture of the booking deposit. Subsequent bookings will require a new booking deposit appropriate to the selected service. 4. Refunds and Credits: Cancellation fees are non-refundable. In the case of a documented emergency, refunds or credits may be considered at the discretion of your photographer. 5. Communication in Emergencies: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact the photographer as soon as possible to discuss potential accommodations. Acknowledgment: By booking a session with DigieMade Photography, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms of this cancellation policy.
